Signed up for a free trial but was charged 5.99. Unable to get through to cancel and unable to cancel online.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I selected a one month contract and I went on to cancel it today only to find out I have been placed on a 6 month contract. This company is extremely dishonest and provides a subpar service! The pro14 needs to listen to its viewers and get off this awful companies platform.

Was very straight forward to sign up with Premier Sport, and ability to cancel is very clear.
Just spoke to ANNA via live chat, I had an issue with logging in on the APP but it was all sorted very quickly, Couldn't ask for better service on this occasion.
Bt sport under a different name to get more money government should regulate
Online stream is very poor quality, constant buffering.

Horrible company. Took out the free months subscription but they don’t notify you to confirm or indicate when it ends. I watched 20 minutes of a game in the free month and stupidly missed the cancellation date after my Dad’s death. They had zero sympathy and obviously kept the money. Avoid
Signed up for NHL, and in one day have missed two games, one due to showing cricket instead of advertised game and another due to NHL app being blacked out due to Premier showing the wrong game.
The online player is poor quality & no Apple TV app.
No response from them when I tried to resolve issue of blackout!

Terrible. Forget Premier Sports. You won't be able to log in and watch your match.
These guys need to sort out their service and clean up their act.
Pro-14 please don't sell the rights to these guys again!
Awful service, be sure to read their terms and conditions and believe me if you do you won’t subscribe! Part of the Boxnation group con artists! And if you are silly enough to subscribe you’ll find it’ll only show in a single room, if you want multi room then you’ll need to pay a further monthly subscription fee, ridiculous!
This site is a joke I can’t register as a sky sports customer, just wont my sky details, so I joined and paid on my iPhone, watch one game now I cannot get on again, just comes up does not know email address, you can’t phone them, they do not reply to email, yet took my money in seconds I’m going to report them
